MK Physiotherapy celebrates its 7th birthday on 9 September 2026! We are incredibly proud to have reached this milestone and so grateful to our patients for your support over the years.
While we are still the same practice and team you know, a few of our administrative details will be changing from 1 September 2026.
We've put everything you need to know below. If you have any questions or are unsure about any of the changes, please feel free to get in touch with us.
New email address
Our new email address is: info@mkphysio.care.
Don't worry, our admin@mkphysio.care address still remains active, so we will not miss a beep 😉
New banking details
We have a new bank account.
Please use the following banking details for appointments from 1 September 2026:

Our previous bank account remains active - in the event that you have made any payments related to appointments up to 31 August 2026, we will still receive it.
New Practice Number
MK Physiotherapy will operate under Practice Number: 0820644
File numbers
Charmaine, MK Physio's practice manager, has gone above and beyond in this transition and has ensured that all existing patient's file numbers remain the same on our new billing profile.
If your physiotherapy treatment continues across the changeover period, you may receive two separate accounts - one for appointments up to 31 August 2026 and another for appointments from 1 September 2026.
