Red Light Therapy

Photobiomodulation (PBM) or low-level light therapy (LLLT) is the application of light to promote tissue repair, reduce inflammation and produce analgesia.

This therapy is non-invasive and has a vast array of uses from pain relief (acute and chronic) to promoting the recovery of tendinopathies, nerve injuries, osteoarthritis and wound healing (e.g.: post-operative, cracked nipples).
