Referring professional requests specific test

Please send MK Physio an email with

the name of the patient being referred
a brief history
which areas you would like tested (limited to two areas per session). Please call us directly to discuss testing more than two areas.

Receiving Results

Once the first session has been completed, your patient will be sent a link to download the Movehealth+ App to see their results. MK Physio will also send a PDF version of the results to the referring professional.
